CAR-T Cell Expansion Medium
Product Overview:
Nobimpex 008 is a serum-free and Xeno-free medium optimized for the expansion of chimeric antigen receptor T cells (CAR-T) from human peripheral mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or isolated CD3+ cells. Cytokines and activators for T cells expansion are not included in the medium and should be added separately.
Application:
Nobimpex 008 is a ready to use medium. It has been optimized for the growth of CAR-T cells from PBMC or isolated CD3+ cells. It could also be used to expand tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL).
Feature:
- No need to add serum during the culture.
- Robust T cells expansion for 14 days in culture.
- No interference with virus transduction.
