Nobimpex 115 is a serum-free and Xeno-free medium optimized for the expansion of NK cells from human peripheral mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or isolated NK cells. NK  expansion KIT including Nobimpex 115 medium as well as activating  and Growing factors.

 

Application:
Nobimpex 115 is a ready to use medium. It has been optimized for the growth of NK cells from PBMC or isolated CD3-CD56+ cells.

 

Feature:

  • No need to add serum during the culture.
  • Robust NK cells expansion for 21     days in culture.
  • Yield high percentage (~90%) of CD3-CD56+ NK cells.
