CIK Cell Expansion Medium
Nobimpex 007 is a serum-free and Xeno-free medium specifically designed to support the expansion of cytokine-induced killer cells (CIK cells) from human peripheral mo nonu clear cells (PBMCs). Cytokines and antibodies required for CIK expansion are not included in the medium and shou ld be added separately.

Application: Ready to use medium.
The medium has been optimized for the growth of CIK c ells f rom PB MC. It also can be used to expand T cells from PBMCs or isolated CD3 + cells.

No need to add serum during the culture.
Support robust CIK cells expansion for 14 days or 21 days in culture with flask or bag.
Expanded CIK cells exhibit strong cytotoxicity against tumor cells.
