The following cells have been tested but are not limited to (for reference):  Primary PBMC, MSC (mesenchymal stem cells), 293T, CHO, MCF-7, Hela, A549, HL60, THP-1, U937, K562, Jurkat, TF-1, etc.

Utility

Instruction for use:

1. Add 10 ml serum-free cell resuscitation solution into a  15 ml sterile centrifuge tube, and pre-warm the temperature to 37 degrees Celsius.
2. Remove the cell cryopreservation tube at -80 degrees Celsius or in liquid nitrogen, place it in a 37 degrees Celsius water bath, shake and let it thaw as soon as possible.
3. After thawing, wipe the surface of cell cryopreservation tube with 70% alcohol before unscre w the tube cap, transfer the thawed cell suspension with a pipette to a centrifuge tube containing 10 ml pre-warmed medium, and mix cells gently.
4. Centrifuge at 1000-1200 RPM for 5 min.
5. Discard the supernatant, add an appropriate amount of cell culture medium and mix gently.
6. Perform cell counting, adjust cell density according to specific requirement, and proceed to the next step of culture.
