Nobimpex N108 is a serum-free and Xeno-free medium specifically designed to support the expansion of cytokine-induced killer cells (CIK cells) from human peripheral mo nonu clear cells (PBMCs). Cytokines and antibodies required for CIK expansion are not included in the medium and shou ld be added separately.
Nobimpex 008 is a ready to use medium. It has been optimized for the growth of CAR-T cells from
PBMC or isolated CD3+ cells. It could also be used to expand tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL).
Keep away from light, 2-8 ℃, do not freeze.
The shelf life is 18 months (from the date of production).
