N112 Mesenchymal Stem Cell Expansion Medium is a newly developed and optimized animal serum-free, xenoprotein-free, and platelet lysate-free defined medium specifically designed for the culture of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). This medium requires no pre-coating treatment (with defined cell adhesion matrix components).
It supports stable in vitro primary and passaged culture/expansion of MSCs, including low-density seeding (2000 cells/cm2) for expansion. Additionally, it retains MSC surface markers and differentiation potential (e.g., osteogenesis, adipogenesis, chondrogenesis) after multiple passages.
