Nobimpex 115 is a serum-free and Xeno-free medium optimized for the expansion of NK cells from human peripheral mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or isolated NK cells.

Application:

Nobimpex 115 is a ready to use medium. It has been optimized for the growth of NK cells from PBMC or isolated CD3-CD56+ cells.

Feature:

• No need to add serum during the culture.
• Robust NK cells expansion for 21 days in culture.
• Yield high percentage (~90%) of CD3-CD56+ NK cells.
