CAR-T Cell Expansion Medium Kit (Xeno-free,w/o Phenol red)

Nobimpex N109 is a serum-free and Xeno-free medium optimized for the expansion of chimeric antigen receptor T cells (CAR-T) from human peripheral mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or isolated CD3 + cells. Cytokines and activators for T cells expansion are not included in the medium and should be added separately.

Application / utility

• Nobimpex N109 is a ready to use medium. It has been optimized for the growth of CAR-T cells from PBMC or isolated CD3+ cells. It could also be used to expand tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL).

Feature

• No need to add serum during the culture.
• Robust T cells expansion for 14 days in culture. 
• No interference with virus transduction.

Storage

• Keep away from light,  2-8 ℃, do not freeze.
• The shelf life is 18 months (from the date of production).
