Cell washing buffer

S301 Cell Wash Buffer is a novel, uniquely formulated, and chemically defined reagent designed for tissue and cell washing. It maintains cell viability and enhances cell recovery rates. Compared to PBS, buffers, and saline, it provides superior cell recovery and viability for pre-reinfusion cell processing.

Application / utility

• Routine cell washing (e.g., pre-digestion washing to remove residual medium for adherent cells; post-digestion neutralization/washing to eliminate residual trypsin).
• Post-thaw cell washing.
• Post-isolation washing of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC).
• Neutralization and washing of digestive enzymes during mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) passaging.
• Post-harvest washing of large-scale CIK/NK cell cultures to remove residual medium.
