Ficoll, Human Mononuclear Cells Separation 1.077(Research grade)

This product is a sterile ready-to-use lymphocyte isolation solution with a precise density of 1.077 g/mL. It is designed for efficient separation of high-purity mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from human peripheral blood, bone marrow and umbilical cord blood. The efficient stratification of lymphocytes, red blood cells and granulocytes is achieved through gradient centrifugation, which is suitable for immunology research, cell therapy development and preclinical experiments.
