Nobimpex N115 NK(T) Cell Expansion Medium

Nobimpex N115 is a culture medium that contains no animal serum and protein, specialized for the expansion and culture of human NK cells and T cells.

Application / utility

Nobimpex 115 is a ready to use medium. It has been optimized for the growth of NK cells from PBMC or isolated CD3-CD56+ cells.

• No need to add serum during the culture.
• Robust NK cells expansion for 21 days in culture.
• Yield high percentage (~90%) of CD3-CD56+ NK cells.

Storage

Keep away from light,  2-8 ℃, do not freeze.
The shelf life is 18 months (from the date of production).
